Surround yourself with mountain beauty when you stay in this ski-in, ski-out chalet offering unobstructed views of Le Corbier and the Aiguilles d'Arves.
Chalet Sheehy is just 50 metres from the slopes of La Toussuire, allowing you to make the most of every minute of your winter holiday. Outside the ski season, you can explore Les Sybelles, one of the best-preserved regions in the Alps, on foot or by bike. Other activities available nearby include paragliding, via ferrata, horse riding and archery.
There is a supermarket just 100m from the chalet, and it's a 700m walk to the village's shops, bars and restaurants.
And when you return from your adventures in the mountains, you can relax in the Nordic bath and sauna in your private chalet.
About the property…
There's plenty of room for up to 12 guests at Chalet Sheehy, a spacious three-storey property with six bedrooms, six bath/shower rooms, a sauna and a Nordic bath.
The entrance is on the ground floor via a ski room with a heated boot rack – perfect for those enjoying winter sports. An external staircase also provides access to the second floor.
There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has a walk-in shower and a sink, while the other has a walk-in shower, a bath, a sink and access to the terrace, where you'll find the Nordic bath and barrel sauna.
There's also a living room on this floor with a large-screen TV, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet.
There are four more bedrooms and a separate WC on the first floor. Two of the double bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and a third double bedroom has a balcony as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The final bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower room.
The open-plan top floor is bathed in light, thanks to impressive high ceilings and large windows. Doors open onto two balconies, one of which is furnished with armchairs so you can enjoy the fabulous views.
A central fireplace divides the living area into a seating area with sofas and a TV and the dining area with a large table where you can eat together. The well-equipped kitchen has an induction hob, an American-style fridge-freezer, a double oven and a professional coffee machine. There is also a WC on this floor.
Up to six cars can be parked outside Chalet Sheehy.
About the area…
Chalet Sheehy is the perfect base for exploring the six resorts in the Sybelles region. Perched at an altitude of 2,620 metres, it offers 310km of slopes served by 68 ski lifts.
The resort of La Toussuire is a great choice for families. There are three ski areas for beginners, as well as the “Snowpy Mountain” play and relaxation area. Intermediate skiers can find slopes more suited to their level via the Côte du Bois cable car, while experienced skiers can venture into the Vallée Perdue or onto the red run that descends from Grand Truc to Les Bottières. The region also offers plenty of trails for ski touring.
Most of the ski lifts remain operational throughout the summer, allowing you to explore the mountain trails by mountain bike or on foot. Other activities include via ferrata, canyoning and paragliding, as well as horse riding, archery and tree-top assault courses.
There is also a skate park and a BMX track.
On hot days, enjoy a paddle or a dip at Lake Eriscal, which also offers paddleboarding, a zip line over the water, a picnic area and a playground for little ones.

“Fantastic chalet, even larger than expected from the photos!”
Fantastic chalet, even larger than expected from the photos! Wonderful space with 360-degree fantastic views. Clean and tidy. Each room is spaciously designed and equipped with its own shower and/or bath and sink. For a group vacation with family, this was truly the ultimate house. All amenities such as a game room, fireplace, hot tub, and sauna were clean and fantastic to use. The ski bus stops right at the door, and in 3 minutes, you're at the foot of the slopes. Even by car (for those less mobile), you're within 3 minutes of the center where 5 lifts depart! And there's free parking everywhere in and around the village! It was also fantastic for grandparents who didn't ski, as there are various terraces at the foot of the slopes where you can comfortably stay and have a great view of the slopes, where you could also see all the kids taking ski lessons. We would 100% want to come back here! Highly recommended.

Its ski-in ski-out 1850m location makes hitting the slopes effortless, with the picturesque and varied ski area offering something for all levels — from wide, scenic beginner runs to more challenging terrain. A fantastic base for both relaxing and exploring the French Alps.

One of the hidden gems of the French Alps, La Toussuire is one of six resorts in Les Sybelles ski area.
Known for its family-friendly atmosphere, affordable prices and breathtaking views, it offers great facilities for visitors while retaining its Savoyard charm.

Up to 12 guests can stay at Chalet Sheehy, a property that combines comfort and warm décor. Six bedrooms, six bath/shower rooms, a sauna and a Nordic bath make this the perfect place to enjoy the mountains with family or friends.
The top-floor living area opens onto two balconies with wonderful mountain views. Large windows and doors flood the space with light.
A central fireplace separates the comfortable seating area from the dining table, where you can enjoy meals together. The modern, well-equipped kitchen makes cooking for a crowd a pleasure.
There are four bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suite bath or shower rooms. Three of the rooms have double beds, and the fourth has two single beds.
Please note that the showers are only separated from the bedrooms by a glass wall.
On the ground floor, there are two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The terrace on this level is home to the Nordic bath and a cedar barrel sauna, where you can relax after an exciting day in the mountains.
This level also has a cosy TV lounge, a fully equipped laundry room and a ski room with a heated boot rack.
There's room to park up to six cars outside Chalet Sheehy.

Welcome to Chalet Sheehy, located at an altitude of 1,850 metres where the Alps stretch out before your eyes from sunrise to sunset.
Perched high above La Toussuire, Chalet Sheehy was chosen for one simple reason: the view. From every room, you’re surrounded by dramatic Alpine panoramas – with the full sweep of the north face of Corbier visible from the open-plan living space.
This is a chalet designed for togetherness. Long, sun-soaked days roll from morning coffee to evening barbecues on the terrace.
In summer, the only sounds are birdsong and cowbells, which drift up from the surrounding high mountain meadows. In winter, it becomes a ski-in, ski-out retreat with a Storvatt red cedar sauna and hot tub to ease you into your evenings, when a vista of stars cover the horizon.
Inside, the vast living room is the heart of the chalet. It's arranged around a central four-sided fireplace and is designed to encourage conversation, laughter and unforgettable moments with family and friends.
We created Chalet Sheehy as a place for sharing: sharing with nature, with those who matter, and with time itself.
